The classes will be a mix of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa flow with the emphasis on breathing, strength, body alignment and relaxation with elements of Yoga Nidra meditation. Classes are accesssible for everyone, please bring a yoga mat with you and other props if needed ( blocks, belts- belts can also be replaced with just simple scarfs).

As yoga in its ideology is always open for everyone, that’s the rule I’m respecting the most. To keep it available to all I’m always looking at people individually, spending lot of time in the class to make the postures accessible for everyone, to make people keep the good and healthy alignment, and to help them in every possible way by using the props as chairs, blocks, belts and cushions.
I’m creating warm and open space for everyone with simple breathing techniques and meditation. I always ask people if they are okay and I’m repeating during practice that they need to listen to their bodies and don’t go over their boundaries. I’m also informing them what is going to happen next so they know what to expect and feel comfortable.

There is a step before the garden gate and then 5 steps leading to the main entrance, each 17 cm high, door widths in the building vary between 50 cm (upstairs washroom door) and 80 cm (entrance door).
The bathrooms are so far only on the upper floor and in the basement. The door to the meeting room is 75 cm wide (as most other doors in the building). There is no bathroom on the ground floor.
Both washrooms in the building are gender neutral.
