Saturday workshop “Embodiment: practice, journaling & meditation” invites everyone, interested in mindful personal growth. Together with 2 teachers – a yoga teacher and a writer – we’ll join a journey, where we’ll explore our senses and body tensions through yoga practices and learn the hidden messages of our body that come handy while journaling. Grab your yoga math, a notebook & a pen, and greet coming dark season in peace.
