Hvers konar samninga ættu byltingarkennd stéttarfélög að reyna að ávinna, eða ættu þau að skrifa undir samninga yfirhöfuð?

Most people (and professional union staff) see agreements of both types as very important. But what do these pieces of paper actually represent? What are individuals and unions agreeing to when they agree to be covered under these agreements? What kind of contracts should revolutionary unions struggle to win, or should they seek to sign contracts at all?
