Arild Knutsen leiðtogi notenda vímuefna í Noregi frá The Association for Humane Drug Policies í samvinnu við Matthildi samtök um skaðaminnkun, mun halda samstöðufund fyrir notendur vímuefna á Íslandi sem hafa persónulega reynslu á afleiðingum bann- og refsistefnu stjórnvalda. Markmiðið er að skapa öruggt rými fyrir notendur vímuefna til að tjá reynslu sína og taka fyrstu skrefin í að stofna samtök notenda vímuefna á Íslandi undir leiðsögn Arild Knutsen. Fundurinn er lokaður og er Svala Jóhannesdóttir einn af stofnaðilum Matthildar samtakana ábyrgðaraðili fyrir fundinum.
