Hversu vel virka tæki og aðferðir heimssambands verkafólks á borð við nefnir á vinnustöðum, vinnuaðgerðir og lýðræðislega ákvörðunartöku í þessu vinnulandslagi?

Iceland has a highly regulated labour relations system with vast unions of workers and employers wielding elaborate networks of legal and bureaucratic weapons. The fundamental tools used for self-defence by workers, such as strikes and other job actions, are subject to legal overview by contracts and by government. How well do the tools and methods of the Industrial Workers of the World such as workplace committees, job actions, and popular participation in decision-making fit this scenario?
