WenDo – self-defence, confidence-building, assertiveness for women and trans people. The workshop will be held in Polish.
WenDo translated means “Way of Women” (from English “women” and Japanese “do”). A method developed by women for women that combines physical and mental self-defence methods.
During the workshop, participants learn how to respond to psychological and physical violence, how to take care of their boundaries and how to respond to their violation, and strengthen their sense of agency, self-esteem and self-confidence. WenDo is about working with voice, breath and beliefs about debunking gender stereotypes.
